Mô Tả Công Việc

Purpose
To provide professional HR services, ensuring compliance with local law and regulations at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to the following:

Recruitment & Selection and Learning & Development
• Follow up with the recruitment plan and recruitment procedures
• Conduct recruitment activities
• Manage relationships with, and costs of, external recruiters
• Conduct appropriate induction and on-boarding plan for new employee
• Organize & coordinate technical trainings

Compensation and Benefits
• Implement the payroll system including calculating payroll, insurance, personal income tax for local and expatriate staff
• Provide accurate reports to support annual remuneration review process

Performance Management, Coaching and Counselling
• Provide direct support of entire performance review and provide support to department heads
• Provide additional direct support and counselling to staff on employment, development and career matters

Operational HR, Policy and Legal Compliance
• Implement HR policies, procedures and processes, ensuring consistency
• Work with local authorities and ensure full compliant regarding law and taxes and manage personal income tax
• Take part in developing HR policies & procedures of the company and supervise the implementation
• Support expat employees with work permit procedures
• Manage HR administration works including but not limited to probation, labor contract renewal, new staff procedures, exit procedures etc…
• Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services

HR Information Management
• Maintain and update employee information database, provide timely and accurate reports
• Manage HR data and produce HR statistics/reports
• Maintain strict confidentiality and reliability of HR data at all times

Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor or higher with more than 03 years of experience at the similar position
• Experience in HR process, policy, systems in the foreign company
• Experience of work permit application and insurances process
• Experience working with personal income tax for expatriate staff is advantage
• Planning, organizing, problem solving and presentation skills. Self-management and creative
• High level of accountability and confidentiality
• Good communication, good interpersonal skills, willing to learn
• Good command of English
• Strong computer skills (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HR Software)
Can work under pressure
