Mô Tả Công Việc

In charge of HR’s active work: recruitment, labor contracts, compensation and benefit, take care staff, to make reports relating to the job…, carry out manager’s assignment  to make sure meet the deadline and requirement of this job.
Reports to: HR Manager

HR Roles
• Support other staffs in HR roles: policies, benefit, administration relations.
• Relate head hunters to recruit new staff to meet the workforce for business needs.
• Understand clearly labour law and implement it in professional way
• Understand clearly social insurance law and implement it in professional way.
• Update headcount data to Global system in correct organization.
• To meet the HR reports’ deadline and effective.

Recruitment:
- Establish recruitment process align with Global recruitment process.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications

Training:

Carry out internal training: Company policy, induction and other related knowledge to all staff
Observe and finding external training courses for staff to meet skill development.

Admin work
• Support other staffs in Admin roles: stationary supply, congratulate birthdays, taxi cards, and office supplies…
• Control company stamp, guiding company policy to new comers and support them in need.
• Support staff about related work.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by manager.
• Responsibility of delivering business results as below:
• Administration cost control
• Delivery on time and accurate reports, letters and other paper work.
• Staff are supported and taken care

C&B support (Compensation and Benefit)
• Understand clearly insurance policy, labour law for staff and company. Give clear and accurate instruction to employee
• Benefit apply for new joins, stops and maternity cases
• Explain for staff the knowledge about insurance, labor union, company policy…
• Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation.

Supports
• Support reports to other Departments if any.
• Review and update employee rules and regulations.
• To show togetherness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Male/female with 3 years related experience at least
- University graduated and good English in speaking, writing.
- Good attitude of supportive, willing to do spirits.
- Quick learning, honest and proactive

Benefit
• Monthly products allowance: equivalent to 500k-800k applied after probation 2 months.
• Quarterly bonus: 25% average monthly salary if sales target is reached and having name in salary paid out in the first month of next quarter, applied for staff with 6 months working for Oriflame.
• Annual OP bonus: 1 month salary, basing on average salary, is paid out in Mar based on company expenses is met and applied for working period at least 6 months and up and having name in salary paid out in Mar.
• Annual 13rd salary is applied for staff with 6 months working for Oriflame at least and having name in salary paid out in Dec or Jan.
• Social insurance is applied and monthly covered 31% by Company (not deduct from monthly salary), staff only contributes 1% unemployment insurance as law.
• Health insurance via PVI is applied 24/24 for all staff.
• Salary is increased annual in Jan applied at least from period of 6 months working and up.
• Labor Union organization is set up.
• Salary range: negotiated.
• Working place: 100-102 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan, HCMC
• Working time 9AM-6PM from Monday to Fri. Sat is working day but not in the office.
