Mô Tả Công Việc
Recruitment:
o Forecast and plan recruitment requirements in line with functional and business strategy
o Develop resourcing strategy for the company
o Monitor and implement full recruitment process such as job postings, vacancy ads, screening, initial contact, schedule and interview, job offers, onboarding, etc…)
o Build up sources of resumes to enrich Candidate Database
o Participate in Recruitment activities (Management Trainee, branding, job analysis, scholarship program, career day, job fair, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits
o Monitor and alert the HR Director to any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
o To be in charge of monitoring the payroll administration and to make all necessary
co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments…)
o Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis/ Ad-hoc review
o Monitor and submit the yearly tax returns for company’s staff on a yearly basis
o Annual remuneration surveys and company strategies/action plans based on market practices, benchmark results and business needs
o Bonus/Incentive schemes management/ Yearly retention plan
o Project management related to remuneration
o Advice and support in remuneration related questions & matters
o Contact point for internal audits
Employee Relations
o Monitor the exit interview with employees
o Foster a conductive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
o Detect and monitor complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and report to HR Director.
o Develop and optimize HR processes as the clear and simple guidelines to employees.
Training & Development:
o Responsible for managing training activities to develop and upgrade the skills and competencies of the Company’s human resources as per approved budget and training calendar
o Build up career planning for critical positions in organization, identify skills gaps for improvement
Reporting
o Deliver monthly HR report & data analytics based on request from different stake holders.
o Accuracy & completeness of HR databases & reports.

Education:
o University Degree
o Female, from 1977 to 1981
Experience:
o At least 10 years practical working experiences as a HR Manager/Ass. HR Manager…
o Knowledge about Recruitment, C&B, Health care, Health check, PIT, Labor law, Administrative procedures…
o Fluent in English both spoken and written, Korean is an advance.
o Good in Management skill, teamwork skill.
o Computer skills, word processing and spread-sheet programs, master in excel and Power point
o Report and correspondent writing
o Knowledge of logistics/ airfreight/ sea freight/ customs/ warehousing / Cold Chain / trucking … as a priority.
o Experience with HRIS and KPI set up are preferred.
