1. Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising all Front Office areas
2. Responsible for all Front Office areas in the absence of the Front Office Manager
3. Review arrival information on a daily basis, VIPs, regular guests, Starwood Preferred Guest, long staying guest, groups, special requests etc. Follow up with relevant department
4. Approve upgrades and special amenities
5. Adhere to complimentary rooms procedures
6. Liaise with the Housekeeping Department to ensure room image is maintained and ensuring rooms readiness bearing in mind the Le Meridien Brand Standards of check in time: “Check in time is no later than 15:00 although guests are accommodated earlier when possible”
7. Ensure Front Office personnel handle guest registration efficiently, promptly and courteously
8. Be aware of all established credit policies and procedures
9. Liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out
10. Ensure correct foreign currency exchange procedure
11. Responsible for management of the Starwood Preferred Guest Program
12. Ensure correct handling of safe deposit boxes
13. Know system recovery procedures
14. Responsible for handling of reservations when reservation office is closed
15. Coordinate work operations within the department/ unit/ outlet
16. Prevent and resolve grievances
17. Discipline Associates when applicable
18. Provide ongoing advice and support to Associates under your supervision
19. Ensure on-going departmental training
20. Manage the delivery of high quality service to guests
21. Deliver high quality service to guests
22. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are promptly attended to
23. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service
24. Identify VIP, regular and long staying guest, develop rapport to offer personalized service and assistance
25. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
26. Promote the hotel and Le Meridien Saigon product and service
27. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
28. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures
29. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
30. Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained in work area
31. Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis
32. Abide by the Le Meridien Guest Experience Index System (GEI).
33. Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Starwood and Le Meridien Saigon Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s Associate Handbook.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Good knowledge and very familiar with all Front Office operation
2. Good knowledge of corporate program ( SPG, Revenue management, etc)
3. Good knowledge of front office computer system (Fidelio)
4. Good knowledge of finance and credit policy
5. Good English language skill
6. Good supervisory skill, with emphasis on “ people management”
7. Good communication skill
8. Be good at organize and problem solving
Min. 3 years working experience required in Front Office Supervisory position
