Proactive investigates using available internal and external resources, tools and relational databases to identify and action on the variety of potentially fraudulent activity on our service (specializing in payment fraud and account security)
Reviews and analyzes complex situations, pattern of fraudulent and suspicious trends, measures impact of those trends in order to find solutions of mitigating and preventing fraudulent activities
Builds SQL queries to gain internal data for investigations, analyzes fraud pattern, creates models and updates existing ones to tackle ever changing fraud vectors.
Works cross-functionally with Risk Engineering to report trends and system loopholes affecting our Risk Product to develop and enhance internal tools for facilitating online safety initiatives.
Comprehensively documents investigations and maintains high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations
Works directly with payment processors, such as PayPal, Payoneer, Alipay, BOI to proactively mitigate risks, analyzing financial fraud trends and prevent chargeback.
Creates workflows and knowledge base for vendor agents in APAC, EMEA and NA to ensure consistency and elevate team efficiency and productivity. Mentors and trains vendor agents onsite (vendors in Asia and Europe) and being a POC for them.
Trains and mentors new starters (internal agents), creating individual ups killing plan for them and creating training materials.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Fraud Investigation/ Customer Service or equivalent who has experience in handling escalation calls and work independantly.
Quick witted and resourceful to handle customers' expectation.
