Mô Tả Công Việc

- Accountable for New Group Customer: Hongkong, UAE, Canada, India, Africa countries, … Reaching growth and deliver Sales targets
- Customer care for assigned customer: maintain good relationship, repeat monthly PO, tracking payment, complaint handling, Customer factory tour guide …. proceed all sales procedure until transfer to other colleague. Collaborate with other department to ensure on-time & smooth delivery.
- Searching potential customer through B2B channels, internet, social networks on assigned territory
- Establish quotation, negotiate trading terms (price, delivery, payment, ...), collaborate with stakeholder to arrange all procedure for initial offering
- Collaborate with stakeholder in company to develop new products for customers if enquired
- Proposing marketing strategies (promotion, sampling, ...) according to each market characteristic to support customers/ distributors to push sales
- Attend oversea exhibitions / trade fair
- Handling other assigned task by Line Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from top university (priority FTU, UEH, UEL, ...), majoring in International Economics
- Experience in Export Sales at least 2 year.
- Have basic knowledge about social media: Facebook, Linkedin, Alibaba... and confectionery is an advantage
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading, ...)
- Good presentation skills.
