LARION Computing, one of Vietnam's 30 Leading IT companies in 2014, is seeking an exceptional Head of Engineering Process Group to join our outstanding IT organization to drive and lead process improvements using CMMI, ISO 9001:2008 standards. The Head of Engineering Process Group is responsible for managing key business improvement projects and facilitating the integration of CMMI standards and Agile methodologies in our quality processes. In addition to identifying and improving quality standards, the Head of Engineering Process Group also has the following duties:

- Demonstrate leadership and passion in application of CMMI, ISO 9001:2008 to drive performance excellence, breakthrough impact, and improve process culture across LARION
- Responsible and accountable for managing key business improvement projects
- Lead process improvement projects and Kaizens within business units and across functions
- Facilitate integration of CMMI, SCRUM, and AGILE philosophy in IT outsourcing, finance, and supply chain management areas
- Map current state processes and design future state. Develop and implement global solutions to optimize processes
- Seek out project opportunities and develop improvement plans and targets
- Analyze existing processes and recommend faster, more cost-effective alternatives utilizing CMMI approach
- Map and track current processes in order to recommend strategic, measurable and sustainable solutions as well as identify further opportunities for improvements
- Assist leaders and process owners in identifying, scoping, and financially justifying projects that align with the business strategy
- Establish strong working relationships to influence and facilitate collaboration across departmental boundaries
- Develop partnerships with other leaders within the company to replicate improvements and leverage best practices
- Provide sense of urgency for results through project reviews and metrics
- Help remove barriers for improvement projects and activities to accelerate results
- Provide coaching and training of methodology and tools via workshops, project support and formalized training programs
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelors Degree in IT Engineering, Operations Management, Business related field
- 5 + years of work experience (at least 3 years of leadership experience in process improvement)
- Deep knowledge about project management model according to international standard (PMBOK, CMMI, PRINCE2)
- Good understanding of software development methods (Agile, Scrum, RUP)
- Fluent in using methods: taking ideas, analysing problems and making decisions
- Detail knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001 standards, Balanced Scorecard, ITIL, BABOK, Lean Management
- Skill in building up & implementing internal training
- Strong skill in establishing & managing plans, including project process improving
- Good at data analyst skill to set target for improving process
- Good at analysing, forecasting & solving problems
- Time management, planning & organizing skills
- Communication skill
- Negotiation and persuasion skill
- Fluent in verbal & written English (IELTS 6.5, TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
- Computer skills: Open Office, MS office, MS Project, Mindmap, SVN
