Mô Tả Công Việc

Daily Tasks:
1. Daily phone calls or emails or texts with dealers to address various concerns from dealers and provide solutions
2. Checks and consolidates daily dealers reports received to determine daily trends and actions to be taken for respective dealer.
3. Ensure dealers receive correct inventory on time.
4. Represents MI and coordinates directly with assigned sales personnel from dealerships responsible for.
5. Meets via face to face, telecon or VC with the GM and NSM to provide daily updates on daily retail and whole sales bookings momentum and run rate
6. Market competitors checks
7. Aligns with dealer principals for wholesales order updates.
8. Provide end of day updates with GM and NSM to confirm progress of Dealer retail and whole sales booking and invoiced confirmed for the day.
9. Provide data analysis of purchase trends and vehicle movements at dealerships
10. Follow up with dealers on status of all online leads.
11. Tracks MIDAS usage and completion on a per dealer basis.
Weekly Tasks:
1. Get dealers forecasts for the week and for the month.
2. Ensure dealer achieve whole sales and retail sales targets
3. Minimum 2 visits to each dealer outlet per month, to do face to face with Dealer principal, Sales managers, sales people and showroom prospects.
4. Conduct competitor's showroom checking to see if our dealership's promotions are actively competitive
5. Check competitors' roadshows to define edge from dealership's offering.
6. Provide local market updates to Distributor sales and marketing team.
7. Resolve all relevant sales issues and concerns related to Dealership.
8. Ensure dealer subsidy and incentive claims are accurate.
9. Weekly contact with dealers' sales managers for sales updates and provide pulse setting.
10. Find root cause and solutions when sales momentum is below target.
Monthly Tasks:
1. Ensure dealership take action on non-performing sales staff.
2. Brief and ensure dealers are clear with all monthly promotion
3. Ensure National sales objective is aligned with dealer
4. Provide dealers sales forecast for upcoming month.
5. Consolidation of month end report sales analysis for retail and wholesale
6. Lead meeting with Dealer Principals to understand monthly performance, assess on what went wrong/right and recommend necessary actions.
7. Competitors check on price, promo.
8. Provide coaching and counter measures to dealers for improvement of next month activities, close ratio, Test events.
9. Issue performance warning to dealers who fail to achieve whole sales and retail targets.
10. Ensure dealers take corrective actions when letter of warnings are issued for non-performing dealers

o Has good leadership and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
