Responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of sales teams in Legacy Yen Tu MGallery by Sofitel, while managing and developing a team of 2-4 members. Maintain and grow current DMC and TA relationships while developing new ones, coordinate and promote production from partnership programs along with the marketing team, manage and improve the property market and related businesses. The Director of Sales will look after initiatives for Legacy Yen Tu MGallery By Sofitel.

1. Develop and set up the sales systems and account handling processes for this new property for Saigon region.
2. Develop, present and execute a sales strategy that launches the property with a high ADR orientation, introductory sales promotions and eventually a gradual increase in ADR and thus revenue to meet and exceed opening year expectations.
3. Position this property as a high-end and unique product in all sales channels, not only portraying it as an MGallery but as a one of a kind destination for wellness and cultural/historical discovery of Vietnamese values.
4. Utilize the results of the STORM process already undertaken with our Brand Identity Agency Quo for the positioning of the property within the market.
5. Develop and execute our first year sales strategy that targets high-paying guests by developing a portfolio of high-end-oriented Travel Agencies that focus on luxury and wellness/spa stays, domestically, regionally and in high-paying markets such as Europe.
6. Study and implement all of Accor’s MGallery By Sofitel sales standards, processes, procedures, reporting, yearly calendar of sales events, etc.
7. Plan, along with direct reports, a yearly calendar of sales activities, both domestically and internationally, focusing on bringing high-end market by using seasonality, maximizing sales efforts and ROI by using the Accor network as well as participation in trade fairs in key markets.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field
2. At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role
3. A strong, well-developed, actionable clients network is a must
4. Strong and very positive inter-personal and leadership skills
5. Track record of team work excellence and leadership and development of junior staff
6. High proficiency in written and spoken English
7. Must be creative, outgoing and presentable
8. Must come from the hotel industry, preferably from global brands
9. The role requires occasional travel to Yen Tu, Ha Long City and possibly other provinces/cities, as well as to some international travel fairs.
