- Work with the General Manager and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and relevant parties to develop a tactical marketing plan that identifies market niche and segments
- Monitor and review sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities in order to achieve sales goals/budgets and forecast.
- Establish account qualification criteria and use market research and telemarketing resources to identify priority accounts and assign sales to assure optimal coverage
- Maintain responsibility for selected key accounts and visit key account decision makers.
- Exposure in all key markets such as Corporate, MICE, Inbound, OTA and TMC, etc.
- Co-ordinate close frequent and open communications between Regional Director of Sales & Marketing (Corporate Sales) and the property,
- Drive brand awareness with Branding/Marketing communications and together with F&B Manager to create a year calendar of activities.
- Manage Social media plat forms with Branding Marketing Communications to ensure consistent posting and adherence to our guidelines.
- Propose and oversee the set-up of a viable sales administration system covering portfolio and database management to meet sales team’s needs, as well as to audit the system and monitor its maintenance
- Lead, manage and motivate an effective team of sales professionals to achieve budgeted sales.
- Establish team sales goals and allocate key accounts to each member.
- To Follow and do any other assignment given by the management.
- Optimize room utilization by accessing the demand and supply for rooms
- Plan sales trips to key source markets for more penetration/grow the accounts.
- Participate with Corporate Tradeshow to enforce our presence/brand strength awareness.
- Manage department budget, forecasts and operating expenses.

- Local Vietnamese (Male or Female)
- At least 10 years of Sales Experience in the hospitality industry with knowledge of the market
- Must have had held the role of Director of Sales & Marketing in International Hotel chain or Serviced Apartment for a minimum of 3-5 years with working knowledge of yield management, distribution channels and forecasting skills.
- Effective leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Literacy in software applications, preferably in travel and hospitality operating software
- Tertiary qualifications in hotel management or higher preferred
- Experience in pre-opening is an advantage.
