Mô Tả Công Việc

Website Administration
- Provide support for the development and administration of LARION's website, including but not limited to planning, creating, promoting and updating new contents to and about the website in order to promote the company's brand.

Digital Marketing
- In charge of marketing concepts and content production and publishing for LARION's social media marketing channels, email marketing, search engine marketing, online PR, as well as other online channels
- In charge of planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with other team members to deliver timely execution of relevant paid search & social campaigns. Monitor performance and competitor landscape to help optimize campaigns.
- Help develop & implement the social editorial calendars in line with the overall strategy and campaigns. This includes creative development and execution, coordinating amplification support where advised.
- Across Web, Affiliate, Social & PPC, identify and deliver the portfolio branding opportunities when applicable.
- As required work on ad-hoc digital projects
- Work closely with other team members to ensure campaign effectiveness across different marketing channels
- Ensure flawless execution of campaigns and synchronized / timely campaign communication across all online marketing disciplines.
- Work with relevant (internal & external) partners to deliver campaigns and activations ensuring set up relevant reporting and insights & on-going programs.
- Prepare regular reporting on all digital activities and campaigns.
- Finance administration of all relevant digital marketing budgets.

Other Marketing & Communication Support
- Manage branded merchandise stock and internal databases
- Support the team in other marketing and communications works, as necessary

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
- 2-3 years of working experience in digital marketing
- Fluent in English in 4 skills of Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing (At least C level, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700 or above)
- Experience in public relations and copywriting is a plus
- Experience in search engine optimization is preferred
- Have especially excellent command of written English and Vietnamese
- Understanding of media management across digital channels (Social, Affiliate, PPC, Content, etc.)
- Demonstrated strategic and tactical skills related to implementation of marketing and sales online plans and recommending resources necessary for success
- Ability to demonstrate effective digital marketing results from previous experience
- Exceptional organizational, project management and communication skills to balance marketing programs for optimal execution and success
- Familiar with online analytic suites such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Facebook insights, etc.
- Experience in managing sizable budgets
- Digital commerce related experience preferred
- Have good knowledge about marketing (Business to business – B2B Marketing)
