Job Summary:
Being responsible for delivering of best services to clients, answering inquiries and controlling contracts signed with the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers retain and develop relationships;
- Directly support customers to fulfill their requests via multi channels (email, phone, chat);
- Receive & solve all matters relating to contracts signed with customers;
- Summary and update sales report weekly and monthly;
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with Clients;
- Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with customers and internal departments;
- Closely work with Sales Team to support the initiatives when necessary;
- Other job as assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fluency in English, fluency in English and Chinese or Korean is a plus.
- Good communication skills (oral and written) are a must;
- Great customer service mindset is a must;
- At least 3 years experience in the same position;
- Carefulness, Detailed, Problem Solving skills;
- Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing;
- Ability to organize work load and to work under pressure;
- Commitment to outstanding performance.
