Mô Tả Công Việc

This position belongs to BOOKING team.
Works mainly with system, this position will require to do the booking tasks with around average 30-50 bookings per day.

1. Create and amend Booking
• Receive and proceed booking instruction
• Check, fulfill all information which requires per trade/service… and release booking within timeline
• Send email to HO/ involved dept for approval before accepting booking for DG/OOG…
• Send email to HO/ involved dept for COD cases and update system
2. Auto rate
• Should be done at the time of booking or lates on ETD-1
• In case SQ is invalid or anything relates to rate, send email to HO/Pricer for checking and confirm.
• Splitting charges for some VIP account
3. Solving all issues /queries / email
• From Indian Documentation team & internal dept concerns to bookings, rate & update system

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: Bachelor degree; major in Sea Transportation, Export- Import, ...
- Experience: at least 0.5 - 1 year working experience in the same position in shipping companies or freight forwarder companies
- Personalities: patient, careful, detail oriented
- Skills: time management, deadline management, work well under high pressure
- Language: intermediate level
- Computer: good at MS Office
