Mô Tả Công Việc

• Understand and comply Daily Process.
• Understand Customer service KPIs;
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails & problem solving.
• Booking clean up, booking inaccuracy support.
• Send advisories; notification letter to customers.
• Final follow up AMS process for manifested countries
• Revise BL (minor amendment only); Update OBV in BL when vessels schedule change.
• Send draft BL (email) upon request from customers. Post EBL.
• Cargo diversion or DIT
• Follow up container delinquent.
• Promote E- channel products.
• Customer profile maintenance in CRM.
• Tracking customer’s satisfaction survey.
• Cargo claim support.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: College/ Bachelor degree; major in Sea Transportation, Export- Import, International Business...
- Experience: at least 3 years working experience in the same position in shipping companies or freight forwarder companies
- Personalities: patient, careful, courteous, open-minded, dynamic
- Skills: good communication problem solving, time management, work well under high pressure
- Language: good at English
- Computer: good at MS Office, Advanced at Excel
