Mô Tả Công Việc

- Support/ develop CRM strategy to engage with potential customers, sustain communication and nurturing for sale
conversion.
- Plan and implement ad-hoc / always-on nurturing campaigns through CRM platform, track & optimize performance,
consolidate report.
- Set up and manage leads campaign through Pulse platform.
- Perform analysis of data to provide insights into customer behaviors, segmentations.
- Manage the business’s day-to-day customer engagement’s protocols, their refinement, CRM segmentation, personalization
and product recommendation.
- Supervise and maintain the installation, configuration and support of the CRM platform through best practices and work
closely with IT/Data analytics team to analyze and resolve any issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 5-year working experience in related field with proven achievements.
- Experience in Insurance/Banking/Finance industry is an advantage.
- Data analytics.
- Experienced with CRM software.
- Customer services and positive mind-set.
- Fluency in MS Office & Business English.
- Change management.
