Mô Tả Công Việc

a. Compensation management across channels: Sales, Collection, Credit Verification, and third-party vendors.
- Co-work with relevant Department to design motivation scheme by studying market practices, product program insights to determine strategic drivers for both non-FTE staffs and third-party vendors, estimating cost of new/revised scheme by simulating business performance, providing feedback to Department whether scheme being aligned with business plan and direction.
- Continuously optimize the process of compensation validation by maximizing the usages of relevant systems and reports, exposing new methods for data’s integrity and accuracy, increasing the automation and accuracy of computing process, enhancing the process of clarifying 3rd party inquiries. Moreover, ensure the relevant policies and manuals of BPM team being up-to-date and complying with company/regional policies and manuals.
- Provide information for monthly cost accrual of Accounting Department, including estimated non-FTE staffs’ salary, incentive and contest cost.
- Initiate new tools, analysis to support business requirements on compensation.

b. Business Performance monitoring
- Monitor the collation between critical performance indicators and actual cost to ensure cost efficiency by tracking business performances with key dimensions of respective Department.
- Monitor monthly actual cost and cost per unit, raise awareness to respective Division Head and Finance if any abnormal in cost trend.
- Review scheme effectiveness by analyzing cost by scheme components, providing monthly gap analysis of any errors/deviations for corrective actions, comparing actual payment vs. estimation for further improvement process, proposing good practice for future schemes.

c. Business supports
- Lead and support other team members to accomplish team’s targets.
- Lead team member to prepare monthly payout file, including calculation of personal income tax (PIT) as per prevailing regulations.
- Co-work with relevant teams to support business in PIT matter.
- Support data for SBV reporting on monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Be ready for internal and external audit queries regarding to agent payout.
- Other ad-hoc requests relating to compensation of outsourced staffs (e.g. establish SAS data queries from new core system for S&P reporting purposes)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

a. Qualification:
- University graduate major in statistics, IT, mathematics, Finance
- Possessing SAS Certification is an advantage

b. Experience:
- At least five years working experience in Finance, MIS or managing incentive schemes
- Working experience in MNCs is an advantage

c. Knowledge:
- Expertise in spreadsheets, computation skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer finance process and products.

d. Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work under pressure in a performance-oriented environment and has the ability to multi-task.
- Detail-oriented yet to be able to perform tasks quickly and efficiently
- Team and workload management
