Key Responsibilities
**Business Development
- Support Head of Commercial with business development responsibilities and the delivery of a strategic business development and outreach plan to grow new mandates, including market research, gathering local intelligence and data, sourcing for business leads
- Support Head of Commercial to build and maintain strong relationships with market participants, including intermediaries, industry associations and other local partners
- Responsible for preparing pitch books, presentation and meeting materials, and business analysis of existing / prospective customers
- Support Head of Commercial during in-person / virtual meetings with prospective / existing customers to deliver sales presentations
- Actively contribute to strategy implementation, special projects, and ad-hoc initiatives Account Management & Sales Operation
- Responsible for contract preparation, contract negotiation, and annual renewals
- Responsible for retaining existing customers and expanding share of wallet through marketing of tailored value propositions
- Proactively manage and deepen the relationship with existing customers, including addressing customer queries and needs on a timely and effective manner
- Manage the administration of the sales process
- Work with internal stakeholders including legal, compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations and internal standards

***Events & Marketing

- Assist Head of Commercial to develop and implement a strategic annual marketing and events plan
- Effective project management and collaboration across multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and maximum impact of the annual marketing and events plan
- Manage and liaise with external vendors to ensure flawless execution: venue sourcing; vendor sourcing; negotiation of costs; catering; AV; collateral; print and special materials as required
- Manage the company’s social media accounts (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn)

***Market Intelligence
- Collect market intelligence to share with the broader Commercial team
- Monitor market developments and trends, including coverage information, lead generation, identify targets and new business opportunities

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent) preferably in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- 5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry in business development, sales, or client relationship role
- In-depth knowledge of the key characteristics and dynamics of capital and credit markets in Vietnam. Some exposure to credit analysis will be an advantage
- Articulate and succinct communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and Vietnamese. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to cultivate strong business relationships or partnerships
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, honesty, independence, thoroughness, responsibility, and accountability
- Strong attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; well versed in PowerPoint and able to produce high-quality marketing material
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel under short notice
