Mô Tả Công Việc

12A Floor, Handico Tower, Pham Hung Road, Me Tri Ha, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi

• In charge C & B include but not limit in Salary / bonus / insurance ...calculation monthly for the assigned customers / departments
• Master the HR payroll system as well as GSI; GHR system to adapt the Pantos's operation requirements
• Support HOD in setting of different compensation and benefits policies based on customers; ...
• Support to design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
• Make monthly HR reports as requirement

• Co-ordinate and deploy annual salary review, bonus payout processes through the organization

• Assist to design and deliver retention plan / schemes; Annual compensation and benefit budget

• Identify and implement employees’ benefits according to company policies

• Ensure the implementation of corporate pay philosophy: pay for performance

• Contribute to the education of employees on compensation and benefit to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

• Handle compensation & benefits of expats. Together with tax consultants, do reconciliation of expats’ PIT at the end of the year
• Update the Government regulations as well as in line with the requirements from HQ or Region
• Conduct Policy training as required

• Other tasks assigned by HOD

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- At least 5-10 years of experience in C&B in company with 300-500 employees
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Good at English
- Good at Microsolf office: words, excel, power point
