Mô Tả Công Việc

Job Summary: The Job holder plays a role to manage all Card policies, Operation process, Plannning, Settlement and Charge back.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and revise card policy for customers (credit card)
- Manage and revise card manual including: Card product and Service Feature, Acquisition, Customer maintenance, Payment system, Delinquency
- Manage Visa settlement and Charge back process
- Manage IT development of system upgrade
- Support Guidelines to branches to implement policy/ card manual practices
- Manage external/ internal reporting
- Manage and make Internal card operation process
- Other Assignments by Head of Card Division

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Qualification:University Degree majored in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Administration.

2. Work Experience: Minimum 05 years working experience in credit card/ loan.

3. Knowledge
- Strong legal sense.
- Intensive understanding of banking products, especially loan or credit card.
- Good knowledge on bank risk management. Knowledge of settlement and charge back is an advantage
- Strong database management and utilization ability

4. Skills
- Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders
- Team work
- Interpersonal skill
- Problem solving, analytical thinking
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)

5. Attitude
- Self motivation
- Work under pressure
