- Working closely with Outbound Sales Executives to execute sales strategies in their territories.
- Build a database of target accounts and Channel Partners for each region
- Building a qualified pipeline of opportunities through outboard cold calls and email campaigns.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Outbound Sales Executives.
- Applying a thorough understanding of business practice, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Incorporating knowledge of our products and services, the customers, and key competitors into the prospecting process and using that knowledge to uncover customer needs and generate demand.
- Working effectively as an individual while also facilitating the sales opportunity by providing the support if needed to advance the sales process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in Zoho CRM.
- Building trust with others by acting authentically and with integrity.
- Report to the Outbound Sales Leader on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Have a love for data-mining and doing market research.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Dare to take challenges with result-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
- Good at handling pressure and meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Have interest in Technology and E-commerce
- Knowledge of the IT Service Management and/or SaaS is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
