Mô Tả Công Việc

Jeff is looking for a Business Development who is experienced, proactive and willing to be in charge of further developing or initiating relationships with global clients and partners.

Your responsibilities for this position include:

- Applying inbound sales strategies to develop partnership with clients and expand our market in the IT industry.
- Grasping the strengths and weaknesses of each colleague to set up suitable KPI/OKR definition and performance.
- Recruiting, training and supervising sales consultants.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success team to maintain and increase NPS (Net Promoting Score).
- Improving our CRM system and Pipeline Sales. Produce higher conversion rate from Leads to Deals via automation.
- Make effort to gain new business by utilize our current and potential customer networks.
- Keeping track and making sure to report the status of accounts and transactions via our CRM.
- Setting account targets that align with company objectives and monitor them.
- Constantly overseeing sales metrics.
- Taking initiative in improving sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Always keeping the ""win-win"" mindset when dealing with partners and showing how we can tackle their issues.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
- Have experience working in a similar position for more than 2 years.
- A strong passion with tech/ mobile tech and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Prove sales track record of $USD 300-500k per month would be a big plus.
- Strong verbal English communication skill.
- Advanced negotiating and consulting skills.
- Well-organized and good at time management and project management.
- Able to provide guidance for other sales team members.
- Presentably professional.
