The candidate will take the lead on our business development efforts, which include managing existing client accounts and initiating new leads. They will manage the entire deal process from lead origination, preparing marketing materials and proposals, pitching, contract negotiation and review, payment follow-up, contract completion. The focus would primarily be on real estate, with heavier weight on the hospitality sector, followed by residential, office, retail, and other mixed-use projects. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly acquire and actively enhance knowledge about the real estate market and our services to confidently pitch to potential clients
- Build up and maintain relationships with property/land-owners and other industry players (such as consultants, brokerage firms, institutional funds) to identify potential clients
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Increase rapport with current clients while looking for ways to attract new business
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Prepare quotes, proposals, contract, and post contract follow-up for clients
- Be creative and proactive to meet the assigned revenue budget

Qualifications & Experience
- English proficiency is required, other languages are a bonus
- Proven successful sales experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of the real estate market is big plus
- Strong network in the real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, the candidate must be presentable and confident
- Good presentation skills, thrives when working with a team
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
