Restaurant managers ensure that restaurants operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos. They must coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet. Managers are responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. Restaurant management combines strategic planning and day-to-day management activities, such as shift pattern organization. Depending on the nature of the outlet, the role may have creative aspects, particularly in marketing and business development. As a key role within the hospitality industry, restaurant management can be fast-paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage operations in recognized hotels.
- Thorough knowledge of all areas of Bar & Lounge
- Ability to effectively supervise the Bar & Lounge Department.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the Vietnamese & English language of the workplace both verbally and non-verbally.
- Organized, can multi-task, superior problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
- Excellent guest service skills. Ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange and Outlook
