Mô Tả Công Việc

Key accountabilities:

1. Manage the administration works and process of Bancassurance team (documents filling, inventory, etc). Support all business development activities of Bancassurance channel as required.
2. Report and Data Analysis
• Responsible for designing and making weekly sales report for department (and other required periodic)
• Implement monthly basic data analysis (difference from previous month)
3. Data and Documents management
• Responsible for designing and systemizing data/ documents storage (contracts, procedures, forms, related releases, legal documents on insurance/ bank)
• Regularly update information for department
4. Other tasks as assigned by Bancassurance National Sales Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Economics/ Finance/ Banking or related majors; Insurance major is preferred
- At least 2 year experience as similar position in finance/banking/insurance industry
- Excellent Vietnamese; Fluent English
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio...)
- Good data analysis & report skills and presentation skill are advantages
