Cloud Engineer in eCloudvalley are part of a cross-functional team that delivers a unique client co-creation experience to accelerate client transformation.
As part of the technical team, you will develop and leverage on your expertise in the cloud to help strategise, design, build, and implement projects of different scales, bringing an immediate impact on the efficiency of our clients' operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Administer cloud-based infrastructure deployment such as provisioning/de-provisioning of resources, maintaining security posture, user administration, monitoring computing resource utilization, network setup, backup/restore and incident management
• Configuring and maintaining backup, monitoring, and alerting systems for multiple clients
• Maintaining of clients' AWS environment through troubleshooting and setting up
• Meeting customer SLAs and managing communication in case of issues

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in AWS
• Experience scripting in Bash or Python
• Experience in one of the databases - e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB
• At least 1 year hands-on experience in AWS
