Mô Tả Công Việc

*Reports to:
• Country Principal
• Managing Director

*Responsible for:
• Business Development (targets to be established)
• Client Management
• Project Delivery (all stages)
• Team Leadership
• Contribution to Strategic Planning
• Implementation of the Business Plan

*Purpose:
• To win, manage and direct architecture design projects
• To reduce dependence on Directors of Architecture
• To maintain the profile of GSA

*Responsibilities:

1. Projects
Establish project plan
Manage client with regular reporting
Establish team, tasks and deliverables
Direct team in carriage of the work
Check documentation for quality and accuracy
Ensure budget (fee and project) are met
Ensure project delivery on time
Prepare design and construction documents as required

2. Design
Initiate briefing process with the client
Initiate design direction (in conjunction with Director of Architecture)
Communicate design concepts
Direct preparation of design drawings
Maintain knowledge across workplace reform issues and new trends
Maintain market knowledge of materials etc.

3. Marketing
Maintain and build upon your own and potential client base
Prepare proposals, tender and EOI
Respond to enquiries
Follow up leads
Maintain market intelligence
Build long term relationships
Prepare fee proposals
Make presentations to clients
Look for new projects for company

4. Raise Profile of GSA
Participate in design profile events
Assist in getting work published
Network at industry functions

5. Management
Interface with Associate, Associate Director and Director of Architecture for the smooth operation of the office and relative to company wide issues

6. Leadership
Be a role model to peers and junior staff
Initiate good practice and new ideas
Mentor junior staff
Interact with senior staff in development of company process
Assist in interviewing for new staff

7. OH&S
Provide and maintain, so far as practicable, a workplace that is safe and without risk to health
Provide appropriate supervision, instruction, training and information to employees so that they may perform their tasks in a safe manner

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

*Generally:
• The person must have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the architecture industry.
• Must have a track record of excellent client management through the delivery of projects and to some extent in the development of new business.
• Must have lead teams up to 4 staff in the design, documentation and delivery of projects.

*Specific Position Requirements
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hotel projects
• Minimum 3 complete hotels
• Worked with major Brands (must be able to demonstrate and prove)
• Worked internationally (prefer applicant that has worked both inside and outside Vietnam in hospitality projects)
• Must understand how to balance local requirements and International Operator Brand standards
• Will be responsible for multiple hotel projects in and around Vietnam
