To assist sales activities and events inline with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for your hotel.

1. Targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to for new business.
2. Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.

3. Assist the Director of Sales in the development of Tactical Plan for the organization.

4. Responsible for achieving objectives established in the Organization Tacical Plan.

5. Coordinate all activities to maintain and increase business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, publicity, community
relations, special sales projects, employee training and guest relations.

6. To maintain a productive and professional relationship with all clients.

7. Maintain close contacts within the neighboring hospitality sectors, with airlines, travel agencies, commercial houses, private clubs, professional associates, etc, to capture business

8. Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service
9. Make PowerPoint presentations for sales staff.
10. Arrange meetings and conference rooms.
11. Coordinate travel arrangements.
12. Handle billing issues.
13. Assist with events, conferences, and other meetings.
14. Ensure all client information is correct.
15. Attend trade shows to promote products.
16. Resolve promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices.
17. Track sales expenses.
18. Analyze sales reports.
19. Conduct customer-focused seminars.
20. Complete quarterly sales meeting data, templates, and presentations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- College/BA in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing fields or relating fields
- 1 - 2 years international hotel/ resort management experience
- Knowledge of local Sales and marketing exposure
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Problem solving skill with hospitality tendency
- Ability to work under pressure & handle problems
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Good command in English both in speaking & writing
