Accounting
Ensure Accounting recognitions have to be in compliance with Group’s guidelines and local GAAP.
Maintain the efficiency of closing process to ensure the business performance is reflected in financial statements accurately.
Ensure the quality and submitted deadline of group reporting: Financial statements, Performance analysis, Forecast reports (cash flow, business performance….).
Undertake annual audit (Interim and Year End)

Treasury
Cash flow management
Maintain and develop the relationship with financial institutions
Monitor the financial exposure on FX, interest rate…

Controlling
Maintain and monitoring the finance standard operating procedure related to Capex, Cash and Bank Management, Delegation of Authority, Closing procedure, Master data controlling policy, AP/AP management, FA management.
ERP process and master data control especially SAP.
Budgetary control, performance analysis, monthly forecast.
Credit Management.
Budgeting and Planning

Taxation
Ensuring of correct and timely filing of tax returns.
Identification and implementation of tax law changes in due time
Tax planning
Prepare monthly VAT report, quarterly, annual CIT finalization; other tax report: withholding tax
Prepare monthly and periodic Statistic Report and submit to Statistic Department.
