Mô Tả Công Việc

Operational tasks in alignment with marketing strategies
- Assist in developing annual marketing plan based on analysis of market, trade and consumer needs, resources and capabilities.
- Provide good business judgement and follow-up in all aspects of marketing for the assigned brand including creative, media, pricing, promotions, etc.
- Devise and implement promotional plans during campaigns on consumer and trade level.
- Evaluate brand(s) performance and recommend & execute appropriate changes in brand plan to achieve optimal results.
Innovation
- Contribute to innovation and product development to deliver business objectives

Conformation
- Ensure frequent update of data analysis i.e. volumes, market shares, sales, market intelligence, etc.
- Keep all marketing expenditures within the marketing budget.
- Liaise closely with Operation Department on agreed volume/ product/ packaging requirements.
- Liaise closely with CDSM Department to deliver business objectives of agreed volumes, market shares, etc.

Others
- Take part in cross-functional Project as required
- Act as an internal auditor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree or higher
- 2-3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably at a similar position in FMCG industry
- Strong analytical thinking, organizing and communication skill
- Strong sense of business and highly result-oriented
- Fluency in English.
