Report to: Regional Sales Manager
Base: Dong Nai
Area: 7 provinces of South East
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Ensure the achievement of sell in & sell-out of assigned regions
2. Establish sales & distribution target and make sales plans for team and individuals in the area in accordance with Company sales and distribution strategy
3. Assist in planning process of the area’s sales and distribution by agent/by brand/ by channel
4. Seek out new sales and distribution opportunities in the area
5. Monitor sell-out by channel/by brand/by team/by salesmen as well as market behaviors and competitors’ development to have timely and suitable reactions
6. Analyze sales data to recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance the sales improvement of the Company
7. Negotiate with agents about the term and conditions of the contract
8. Manage the area agents and make sure the payment and stock management requirements
9. Responsible for recruiting and training Field Supervisors and salesmen in the region
10. Guarantee that salesmen are provided enough selling tools and use them correctly & effectively; check Field Supervisors’ field visiting plans and monthly expenses claims
11. Develop effective sales teams; supervise the regional personnel; coordinate Field Supervisors’ activities; makes period personnel and target reports
12. Perform other job-related as assigned

- At least 8 years practical experience at FMCG section as Manager Role
- Good a planning and execution in Sales
- Good Leadership Skill and People Management
- Experience in Agent / Distributor Managent
- Experience in Project Deployment & Management
- High discipline
- Graduate from University / College
- Command with Ms Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Having basic English is a plus
- At least 8 years practical experience at FMCG section as Manager Role
