Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Ensure that the sales team achieves company targets and objectives.
2. Responsible for Quarterly sales planning and acheiveing the results
3. Ensure the sales teams provides optimum, quality service to customers.
4. Possess good understanding of the relevant trades and customer’s business (application & buying behaviour).
5. Provide leadership to sales team. Develops, inspires and coaches team members.
6. Observe teams’ call activities, provides on-site coaching and executes sales strategy through regular field rides with team members.
7. Enforce execution of the marketing strategies, INP, Sales Management Systems, Time & Territory Management within sales team.
8. Coordinate all sales activities to ensure maximum/optimum customer coverage and penetration in the trade.
9. Organize and manage monthly meetings to keep the team updated on both company and team targets and direction.
10. Set team targets, develop ongoing initiatives and conduct periodic performance reviews of team members.
11. Review and identify training needs for team members’ personal and career development. Support Head of Sales in delivering Sales training.
12. Keep up-to-date with the market trends and regulatory requirements.
13. Maintain good relationship with key customers.
14. Ensure team members are in total compliance to all company policies and requirements.
15. Approve annual leave and expenses of team members.
16. Work closely with the HR Department and team leader on disciplinary matters.
17. Coordinate with the Credit team in ensuring that set Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets are attained, by achieving accounts receivable objectives and minimizing credit risks.
18. Regularly liaise with the Logistics Department in maintaining adequate level of stock and low level of obsolescence.
19. Responsible for the safeguarding of the company assets held by team. ( Eg. demo tools, lap tops, handphone)
20. Walks the talk in regard to core purpose and core values of the company.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from University with major in civil engineering or others related major
- At least 8 years experience with good track record of sales management. Minimum 03 years in managerial level
- Good English communication, excellent presentation.
- Pro-active, high sense of initiative approach.
