Mô Tả Công Việc

1/ Top line growth
- Work with carrier management team to provide the market intelligence & product team’s recommendation to stakeholders.
- Improve business margin and profitability by actively reviewing the total end to end costs & profitability and the possibility of pricing re-procurement.
- Support and efficiently drive the tender management.

2/ Product development
- Coordinate with both of internal and external stakeholders to initiate and design new air product / services (new services/ new multi-modal/hybrid transport models)
- Drive efficiently Trade Lane calls with oversea teams (Product, Commercial and Trade Lane partners)
- Actively study customer needs and market trends to identify potential new product offerings through joint customer meetings with Commercial and CX teams.
- Package and communicate the air freight product portfolios of area Vietnam/Cambodia and Myanmar to over-sea organizations via network strengthening.
- Co-ordinate with local / regional / global teams to ensure the market intelligence being shared within the internal network as quick and sufficient as possible.
- Provide solutions and suitable product designs to increase SoW of existing customers.
- Collaborate with cross-function product to research new air hybrid product/multi-modal air products.

3/ Customer centricity & operational excellence
- Work closely with CS team to ensure Air product being offered with high service delivery and keep tracking the efficiency and benefits of cross-selling program.
- Review the sales pipelines and support Commercial team to win hot opportunities.
- Facilitate sales lead / materials for cross-functional collaborations for upselling E2E air service
- Formulate Air training to Commercial and CX teams to strengthen the Air Product /Service and Market knowledge for selling efficiency.

4/ Reporting
- Prepare weekly / monthly report on performance tracker / assessment
- Research and qualify sales lead to assess pursuit plan
- Assist in preparing product analytical reports and queries assigned by Air Product Manager.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Area Head of Air Product

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a forwarding or logistic company, focusing on Air/Logistic industry
- Established relationships with airlines (close contacts to carriers)
- Good interpersonal skills (especially influencing stakeholders, negotiation, and presentation skill) and technical knowledge of various transportation model is a plus.
- Qualification: Interpersonal skill (especially influencing stakeholders, negotiation & presentation skills) & good organization skill, keen intelligence personality
- English competency & communication skill: fluently in speaking & writing
- Good skill of reporting and data qualification, superior economic geographical skills, knowledge of operational processes and financial data comprehension.
- Growth mindset, sales-oriented & able to work on own initiatives, ability to give new/fresh impetus, networking, Foresight thinking
