-Co-ordinate office activities and provide administrative support.
- Maintain frequent and open communications with internal and external customers.
- Handle enquiries and attend needs promptly.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and stationery inventory status.
- Co-ordinate overseas projects with relevant authorities and other stakeholders.
- Maintain appropriate relationship with internal and external customers.
- Provide timely information flow and reports in accordance with stipulated requirements
- Arrange the working schedule, schedule of the General Manager.
- Prepare documents, take the minutes of meeting and send information to relevant members.
- translate documents & interpreter for the meeting.
- Other works ad assigned.

-University degree.
- Professional work experience in the field of interpretation/ translation,
Administration, trade (export/import) is a plus.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multitasks and prioritizes daily workload.
- Proven track record working with different cultures and business disciplines.
-Pleasant telephone manner with a customer service focus
-Ability to understand and observe confidentiality requirements
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing requests
- Ability to create plans for achieving objectives
- Mastered managing multiple priorities and meeting target dates.
- Able to work long hours added.
* Working hours: 8:30 – 18:00, from Monday to Friday
