Mô Tả Công Việc

Key accountabilities:

- Welcome visitors;
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls;
- Record all incoming and outgoing dispatches, document, and correspondences in logbooks. Archive dispatches in accordance with the process including hard copies and soft copies;
- Archive contracts assigned by Admin & Logistics Manager;
- Deliver/Receive dispatches to partners as assigned by Admin & Logistics Manager;
- Prepare and arrange meeting room as required;
- Scan, photocopy documents as assigned by BOM and Admin & Logistics Manager;
- Monitor and manage printer system, fax machines, copiers (ink supply, repair and maintenance)
- Manage stationery and beverage of company, order flowers; (order, purchase)
- Book flight tickets, hotels, cars… for Company staff as required;
- Payment the monthly, quarterly fixed expense of company;
- Purchase other items, services as assigned by Admin & Logistics Manager;
- Other tasks as assigned by Admin & Logistics Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job requirements:

- Bachelor degree of Administrative, Business Management, Economics or related majors
- At least 1 year working experience in secretary/ receptionist position; preferred working experience in service sector
- Fluent English
- Good command and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skill
- Good command of MS Office
- Honest
- Accuracies & attention to details
- Cautious with sensitive/ confidential information
