Mô Tả Công Việc

- Assist admin activities.
- Manage office expenses. Handle payment all issued cost includes: stationery, drinking water, parking fee, etc.
- Organize Company’s Team-building activities, company trip, etc.
- Be responsible for office management and working with the vendors for all relevant tasks of admin works.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
- Making recruitment post on website, check profile and choose appropriate candidates,
call for interview job, arrange interview schedule.
- Coordinate with Payroll outsource vendor

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor degree.
- Priority nice- looking appearance.
- At least 1 year experience Admin experience.
- Female. Under 25 years old.
- Good command of written and spoken English/Chinese.
- Sharp, careful, dynamic, self-managing.
