*Job Summary: creating a warm environment for all visitors to Indochina Capital, create a positive image about the company to everyone over the phone and in person

*Major Duties:
1. Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner (in English and Vietnamese);
2. Welcome clients and visitors;
3. Handle all incoming and out-going mails, couriers, keep track and record the same day;
4. Take care of office profiles and newspapers;
5. Keep the reception area clean and neat;
6. Schedule meeting rooms and monitor car usage;
7. Maintain and update contact details;
8. Arrange business cards;
9. Organize flowers in the reception area;
10. Take care of office operations to ensure the offices operate smoothly;
11. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as requested.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. University Graduate;
2. Excellent communication in both English & Vietnamese;
3. Good telephone skills and familiar with telephone switchboard;
4. Comfortable dealing with both foreigners and investors;
5. Experienced in using Word, Excel;
6. Good communication and problem solving skills.
