Mô Tả Công Việc

• Implementation and maintenance of Accounting Information System
• Cash management and Cash flow forecasting including vendor scheduling, Cash balances, and weekly Cash reporting.
• Verified invoice and bill to make payment voucher, follow up credit balance with customers.
• Bank Account Reconciliations.
• Schedules preparation for review.
• Attendance: Control daily and monthly attendance record and making report.
• Salary: Calculate monthly salary for all employees. Prepare payslip and deliver to the employees, PIT report.
• Insurance: Making monthly Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance and submit to Social Insurance on time. Making claims to get insurance allowances for the employees (sick leave, maternity leave and other allowances).
• To handle VAT, CIT and other tax report.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Graduated university with related fields
• Good communication in English
• 3-8 years of experience
• Good at MS office
