Mô Tả Công Việc

• Consults parents about academic programs of each schools in the system so that they would have the best and suitable choice for each student.
• Provide assistance with the operational non-academic aspects of procedures such as student complaints handling, appeals, timetabling, time-sheets, re/enrollments, class management, attendance (record late and dismissal early)
• Follow up students’ status (new, current, defer, withdrawal, etc.), updating students’ results and manipulating statistical data to report as well as support contacting parents to remind tuition fees on time.
• Data management of student-related information and issues include administrative support to prepare and schedule examination, attendance list and to update results, issuing report cards, updating academic record and other special events (discipline, reprimand, reward, etc.)
• Supporting events (Parent events, New teacher Orientation, Graduation, etc.) and workshops
• Provide administrative assistance including preparing supporting documents for students such as confirmation letters, copies of report cards when required and managing the related administration.
• Contact the Bureau of Education and Training, Departments of Education and Training about the administrative procedures related to students.
• Be responsible for interpretation and translation for Leadership team and teachers in meetings with parents or for drafting, translating, and distributing letters to parents in the system.
• Record and promptly notify the relevant departments when the student needs to stop using the services.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients on all requests, including advising students, parents. Use persuasion skills in dealing with internal and external contacts.
• Ensure the dissemination of specific and accurate information while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, compliance and meeting legislative reporting requirements of student records for all students.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff within and outside ASO when and where appropriate to ensure smooth execution of ASO administrative duties.
• Participate as an effective member of the service team through contribution to the team planned goals by completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Other administrative and operations duties as determined by the OM/Leadership team.

Working location: Phu My Hung, district 7, HCMC or 13C Residential Area, Nguyen Van Linh Avenue, Phong Phu Commune, Binh Chanh District, HCMC
Working hour: Mon-Fri (8AM-5PM), Sat (8AM-12PM)

• Bachelor degree
• At least 01 year experience of Academic Service Officer or Customer Service
• Can do multi-task, problem solving skill
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiar with office computers skills;
• Ability to organize work independently as well as a team player , ability to observe and handle problems quickly and effectively.
• Have a can do mindset
• Good communication skill
• Careful, meticulous, confidential and well organizer.
